Monster Hunter: World Release Date and Limited Edition

Monster Hunter: World Release Date and Limited Edition

The new Monster Hunter: World developed by Capcom will be released world wide on January 26, 2018 for both Playstation 4 and Xbox One but the PC version wont be in the same date. Moreover, the Monster Hunter: Fans in Japan will be able to get their hands on a very limited edition PlayStation 4 Pro for the game.

At the Playstation Japan Press Conference pre Tokyo Game Show 2017, SIEJ have made many announcements that included many limited edition Playstation 4 (slim) themed bundles after the these games. However, There is one PS4 limited edition bundle that stood above all of the ones shown in the press conference. Monster Hunter: World for PS4 got its own Limited Edition Playstation 4 Pro with a limited edition new DUALSHOCK4 Controller. This edition officially called PlayStation®4 Pro MONSTER HUNTER: WORLD LIOLAEUS EDITION according to SIEJ. The limited edition PS4 will come in an amazing looking box, and the outside of the Playstation 4 Pro will be decorated with a fire breathing dragon. The new Monster Hunter: World PS4 Pro Limited Edition will be available for pre-order in Japan on the December 7, 2017. This PS4 Pro currently only announced for Japanese market will cost you ¥49,980 plus tax.

Moreover, there will be a Monster Hunter: World Collector’s Edition that will include a physical copy of the game, and codes for DLCs for some customizable options including Samurai Set skin, three gestures, two sticker sets, plus an extra face paint and hair style option for the hunter. Also, in the same box you will get a 32 page hardcover art book, an amazing high-quality flagship dragon Nergigante figure, and digital soundtrack code. Collector’s Edition bundle will cost you ¥15,980 plus tax or $149.99 in the US and this bundle will be available worldwide.

Additionally if you are a fan of the digital option then Capcom got you covered with a Digital Deluxe Edition that will include the game and the same DLC from Collector’s Edition for customizable options with extra 14 weapon-themed PSN avatars, but Digital Deluxe Edition wont come with code for the soundtrack. Digital Deluxe Edition will cost you $69.99 and again it will be available worldwide.

Its very reasonable that Japan gets Limited Edition for Monster Hunter: World PS4 Pro Bundle, after all Monster Hunter XX re-release on the Nintendo Season witch took down Splatoon 2 in sales charts last month in Japan. However, it’s a very smart move of Sony to make this limited edition PS4 Pro, making sure to add more 4K users to the mix. Let us know what do you think of Monster Hunter, if you are planing to buy the game or you are welling to go the extra 1000 mile to buy PS4 Pro Liolaeus Edition. For more closeups photo of the PS4 Pro and more TGS 2017 news you can check our Facebook page.
